What is Moon Milk?
Moon Milk is a warm evening drink inspired by traditional Ayurvedic blends made with adaptogenic herbs. Its star ingredient isashwagandha (Withania somnifera) — one of the most valuable plants in Ayurvedic medicine, used for over 3,000 years to calm the nervous system, reduce cortisol, and promote sleep.
Its natural pink color comes from the dried beets — No artificial colors or additives. A cup that’s a pleasure to look at even before you take a sip.
