My approach
Ayurveda is much more than an ancient form of medicine: it is a system for self-discovery. By revealing your unique constitution—your doshas—it gives you the keys to understanding your body, your emotions, and your deepest needs.
At Jyotis Ayurveda, every treatment, every workshop, and every retreat is designed as an invitation to reconnect with yourself—gently, without pressure, and at your own pace.
The location
Our farmhouse, built in 1850, is located in Rosey, a village of 200 residents in Haute-Saône, just 15 minutes from Vesoul. All around lies the Franche-Comté countryside—with its trails, forests, and tranquility.
An environment that is part of the healing process. Because in Ayurveda, reconnecting with nature is already the first step toward self-discovery.
