About me
“Take good care of your body so your soul will want to stay there”
Indian proverb
a path to the essentials
It was during my undergraduate studies in English, while exploring the history of India, that I first discovered Ayurveda. This ancient science first took root within me quietly, before blossoming when I least expected it.
Then came the COVID-19 pandemic, which proved to be a turning point. My encounter with Vaidya Shruti, an Indian Ayurvedic doctor, was a real eye-opener: I was dealing with health issues at that time and wanted to understand what had happened to me. Ayurveda helped me in that regard; it was the start of a journey. Then, as a teacher at heart, I wanted to share what I’d learned, so I decided to train in Ayurveda from 2023 to 2024.
Today, what guides every consultation and treatment I provide is a simple conviction: to support each person with respect, taking the time to listen to what their body and mind have to say.
