September, the month of transition

Summer is slowly coming to an end, the days are getting shorter, and life is returning to its normal rhythm… In Ayurveda, this time of seasonal transition is prone to Vata imbalances: fatigue, nervousness, sleep disturbances, and dry skin.
Now is the perfect time to give your body a break and help it find its center again.

My recommendations for this month:

Abhyanga Massage — The traditional Ayurvedic massage with warm oil, designed to deeply nourish, soothe the nervous system, and restore balance before fall.

Kansu Bowl — A relaxing foot massage that helps relieve the day's tension and promotes restful sleep—which is especially valuable as the nights grow shorter.

Back Massage — To release tension built up over the summer and as you get back into the swing of things, target areas of stress, and restore flexibility.
Each massage is tailored to your constitution (dosha) and your current needs.
